Sizing Guide: With your arm bent at a 90° angle, measure the length from the back of the elbow to the wrist crease. Correspond your arm measurement to an elbow pad size using the table above.

When fitting the pads, check that the elbow sits directly in the center of the cup. This will ensure the elbow pads align correctly with the elbow joint.

If the elbow pad is too small, the strapping may restrict circulation and also leave exposed areas to slashes and other impacts. If the elbow pad is too large, protection will be compromised by the elbow pad moving up and down, or rotating away from the elbow joint.
